Group visits & guided tours
Guided tours have to be booked previousely.
Duration: 1 hr
Max. no. of participants: 25 p. (adults) - 30 p. (pupils)
Languages: English, French, German, Italian, Spanish
Groups with a booking have priority entrance to the museum.
Groups who have pre-booked a guided tour can have access to the museum from 9am onwards.
IMPORTANT:
If you are unable to attend a reserved tour for any reason and wish to change your reservation, please let us know if possible at least three days before the booked date.
LATE ARRIVAL: If you arrive more than 20 minutes late for a booked tour, your booking will be cancelled, as in most cases the tour will no longer be possible for logistic reasons. Needless to say, we will do our best to find a suitable solution when you arrive.
If you fail to turn up without cancelling or if you are more than 20 minutes late, we will have to charge you the full amount for the missed tour. We hope you appreciate that this measure is necessary, as we employ specialist guides whose fee is paid even if the tour does not take place.
